How our courses come to you
When you book our courses, you can use our smart Learning Management System (LMS) for these courses free of charge. You can then sit back and relax. If you already use an LMS, we will provide you with the courses in an easy to import format: SCORM.
Personalised digital training certificate
Our certificates stand up to inspection. Personalised certificates as proof of completed mandatory training must be watertight in the event of an emergency. We have developed our LMS with this focus in mind. Whether it be internal, external auditors or even supervisory authorities come knocking, we have you covered.
Smart participant management
Employees can be synchronized either in the traditional way via Excel lists or via a smart interface supported by our LMS. One way to do this is with your Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory). Training is assigned via keywords. It couldn't be simpler.
Automatic reminders and progress indicators
Maintain an overview. Define overarching or area-specific training coordinators and see who has complied with the training request or who is still behind schedule even after several automatic reminder emails.
Invitations with and without e-mail
You can also train employees with no company email address via our LMS and automatically generate and keep track of individual training certificates. To do this, our LMS creates individual access links and QR codes in a series function, which you then only need to distribute.
Add your own content on request
Would you like to display your own content on our LMS? With a license extension, you can display your own SCORM content or PDF documents as well as Power Point presentations converted to PDF. We render the content in the browser and add control elements. This is how your content reaches the employees - taking advantage of all the functions brought to you by our LMS.
